Yesterday after I posted my Birthday Celebrations, I received 2 surprises! A girlfriend (She wants to stay anonymous hehehe~) came down to my office with a small strawberry cake and a cake pop. I had the cake during my unofficial afternoon tea-break, the cake was soft and not too sweet. Love the huge sweet strawberry on top of it. I brought home the cake pop intending to give to DinoBoy. I did not have a chance to show him the cake pop but I know he will be thrilled to see such a pretty cake.
That afternoon DinoPapa text me asking should we have dinner at some place to celebrate my birthday. We decided to go Jerry's BBQ & Grill @ Jalay Kayu as they have always served delicious food, we were not disappointed. The waiters were very helpful and courteous, attentive to DinoBoy's needs too. Here's our truly sumptuous dinner!
Mushroom Soup |
DinoBoy had Kid's size Fish & Chips |
DinoPapa had 3 Sausages Platter |
I had USDA Angus Beef Ribeye Steak |
Brownie with Chocolate Ice Cream |
I was eating the Tiramisu half way when I remembered to take photo, sorry if it looks gross to you |
We had a great time in Jerry's and finished all the food in our plates, including DinoBoy. He gave up the brownie to finish his mushroom soup because... well because its MUSHROOM SOUP, as he said it before "Its my favourite soup in the whole wide world!"
Psst! Jerry's BBQ & Grill @ Jalan Kayu is having a Sunday promotion!
Remarks : I am in no way affiliated to the management of Jerry's BBQ & Grill or have been compensated to write about this. All opinions are 100% based on our experience during our visit.

ReplyDeleteI finally got my ice-cream done ;)
Yum! What a good looking birthday feast! Looks like you had a happy day!
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed your photos. I live in the United States and never have traveled off the North American continent, so I was quite interested in seeing what a "bar and grill" in Singapore would serve. Most Americana would be right at home in this restaurant. Everything looked yummy especially the brownie.
